Business Development

Location: Los Gatos, CA
Responsibilities:

  • Perform lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow-up
  • Provide qualified prospects with appropriate company sales and marketing collateral
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual appointment and pipeline targets
  • Secure new business/introductory calls and web presentations
  • Present and articulate company value propositions
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives as well as organizational information and market conditions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects over the long term

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in lead generation, business development or tele-sales
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity working in SalesForce.com or similar CRM system
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet
