Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Cruz, CA

Overview of position: Responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President of HR with any administrative tasks as assigned

Seeking an experienced, articulate, organized, reliable individual with strong communication skills who has the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and is a team player



· MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook mainly

· 5+ years administrative experience including managing expense reports, analytical reporting and tracking using Excel and or Word, knowledge of PowerPoint and experience researching and reserving conference rooms, events or tradeshows

· MUST have C level support experience

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills

· Experience with Outlook/Lync
