Customer Agent

The Customer Agent is responsible for handling customer calls that can not be sent directly to an interpreter in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent determines language needs, collects customer information as needed and transfers calls to appropriate staff members. This position requires excellent customer service skills, fast keyboarding skills, and an advanced command of the English language.
