Sr Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duties:
Event registration and planning
Oversee the review and processing of Event Planning Request Forms
Oversee aspects of the event planning process including equipment reservations (Facilities), catering, and A/V
Answer the main phone line
Distribute mail
Make copies
Collate documents for distribution
Take inventory of and restock office supplies
Supervise the front desk staff
Oversee student organization event registration and planning
Attend staff meetings
Other duties as assigned
