EEO & Title IX Assistant

Location: Santa Clara, CA


1.  Functional Area
  • Front office reception duties, including managing electronic calendars for staff, and performing other basic office support and management.
  • Assist in setting up case files using Maxient
  • Oversee course assignment for online training programs
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in organizing events, such as campus trainings, lectures, conferences, and meetings as directed.

2.  Other Duties and Projects as Assigned
  • Perform other assistant related duties and projects as needed or assigned to fulfill the Office of EEO/Title IX goal



  • Proven ability to relate and communicate effectively to a diverse community of students, faculty, employees, parents, and visitors
  • Ability to maintain a professional, problem-solving demeanor, during sometimes-stressful situations at all times
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines and multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and quickly with extensive attention to detail
  • MS Office Competency Required
  • PC Proficiency Required
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
  • Ability to respond to customers, Faculty, Staff, and Students in a professional courteous manner
