New Item Set Up Administrator

Location: Monterey, CA

Item Set-up Support:

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, R&D and IT to verify and update Mainframe item spreadsheet.
  • Update Pre-existing items in both, the GS1 US and Canada item registry, publication, synchronization with customers including vendor item portal top off and data accuracy scorecards.
  • Compare item specifications sheet to Mainframe and GS1 US / Canada. Identify discrepancies and update all systems accordingly.
  • Assign and maintain Dole brand UPC and GTIN codes.
  • Load new items as necessary.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in Database Management
  • Dole Mainframe and GS-1 experience helpful
