Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual, who will create a positive experience to all our customers, to join our HR Shared Services Team.  You will have an opportunity to multi-task a lot of different interesting work.  The team of HR Coordinators supports the intensive recruitment activities, such as, scheduling complex interview schedules, conducting background checks, generating requisitions and employment offers, as well as ensuring overall compliance to our staffing processes within our ATS and outside the system.

Job Description:

  • Effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service
  • Create and manage requisition to offer process in the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule interviews for candidates and effectively manages overall candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates and remaining flexible to changes
  • Maintain close communication with hiring managers and interview team to keep them updated throughout the interview process
  • Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve the existing overall HR Shared Services function
  • May assist with administering other special projects as needed such as supporting HR Center of Excellence activities

  • Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes
  • ATS experience, Taleo preferred
  • 2 – 5 years Corporate experience, ideally including some HR or Staffing Coordination experience
  • BA degree and/or certification in HR, Business Administration or related filed are preferred
