Call Center Agent

Location: Campbell, CA


  • Answer incoming calls from customers; take information down and make notes into the database
  • Make outbound calls; gather information (i.e. email address, type of insurance etc.)
  • Discuss payment option/schedules
  • Skip tracing – research information on customer (i.e. current address, phone number, email etc.)


  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Offer both part-time and full time
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday from 7a.m. to 8p.m. and Fridays 8a.m. to 5pm.
