Quality Assurance (QA) Administrative Assistant

Summary

 

 

The QA Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services. This is an essential role to ensure that company operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.

 

Responsibilities

 

  1. Logging and printing applicable documents to support customer orders.
  2. Initiating the process for generating new procedure sheets
  3. Entering document revisions into the system and following up to obtain necessary approvals.
  4. Generating outgoing material certifications and/or test reports.
  5. Supporting the maintenance of calibration system, to include updating logs, scheduling calibrations, entering new equipment.
  6. Supporting the maintenance of document control system and other applicable documents and logs.

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  1. Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  2. Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  3. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  4. Able to work as a team with management and office personnel
  5. Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and strong work ethic
