Commissions Accounting

Location: San Jose, CA


  • Calculate commission payments for 200+ employees monthly, including statement publication and customer service for a data and network product company
  • Process and execute against 2H Plan releases using Callidus Plan Communicator
  • Support, monthly, quarterly and annual close activities
  • Ad-hoc reporting and commissions statement assessment and review
  • Be a strong business partner to the Sales Manager and Directors
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field strong preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience with commissions, accounting or financial planning and analysis
  • Experience at an Expert level with Callidus, Excel and Oracle reporting a must
  • Experience in a large, multi-currency, international operating company preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have solid working knowledge of Callidus, Microsoft Excel
  • Strong finance/accounting/analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change in a matrix organization
