Reporting Administrator – Finance

Location: San Jose, CA

Responsibilities

  • Leveraging Access loading transaction details along with plan/employee information into ODI templates that are loaded into Callidus
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual close activities
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis and analytical modeling
  • Be a strong business partner to Finance and Payroll
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field strongly preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience with commissions, accounting or financial planning and analysis
  • Experience at an Expert level with Callidus, Excel and Access
  • Experience in a large, multi-currency, international operating company preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have solid working knowledge of Callidus, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Strong finance/accounting/analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change in a matrix organization
