Administrative Assistant – Health and Wellness

Location: Santa Clara

Responsibilities

  • Assist with BASICS, scheduling, assessment mail-outs, paperwork
  • Maintain and track office supplies
  • Manage and supervise special projects as assigned
  • Customer Service
    • Answer telephone
    • Direct inquiries to appropriate departments and offices
    • Manage and refer student inquiries
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors of the Wellness Center
  • Social Media and Website
    • Assist in updating and maintaining the Wellness Center website
    • Ensure the website and social media accounts are active, current, and helpful to current and future visitors
