Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Morgan Hill, CA




  • Set a positive tone for the office by warmly greeting people – both visitors and employees in person, on the phone and in email correspondence
  • Answer the phone and correctly direct callers
  • Assist the Talent Specialist with interview candidates by greeting them and providing interview materials
  • Ensure that the lobby and supply areas are clean and maintained
  • Be prepared to enact Security Protocol if needed; use calm decision making to handle difficult situations
  • Order breakroom and office supplies, check in supplies upon arrival and deliver packing slips to Accounting
  • Maintain cost and trend reports
  • Stock supply closet, assist people with ordering items not on hand
  • Sort mail, assist with other shipping/delivery needs
  • Create Lean improvements and Standard Work for different tasks
  • Maintain In and Out Calendar
  • Order company shirts, manage the inventory, and assist employees with purchases
  • Make reservations and travel arrangements as needed
  • Administer company vehicles
  • Monitor fax queue
  • Coordinate various tasks for newly hired employees
  • Assist the HR department with various tasks as needed


Events Coordinating

  • Plan, schedule and manage multiple company-wide events throughout the year
  • Participate in and coordinate set up and break down for all events
  • Coordinate food for meetings and company-wide events
  • Create and distribute flyers, remove any out of date postings regularly
  • Coordinate meetings through Outlook


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of general office experience
  • Previous experience in events coordinating
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must be dependable, superior attendance is required
