Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Palo Alto, CA

 

Job Description

  • Answer phones and provide phone log of incoming calls
  • Greet visitors, ensure guests are well taken care of
  • Assist accounting in reconciling credit card purchases and monthly invoices
  • Files accounting invoices and monthly statements and other paperwork
  • Setup and orders business cards
  • Setup copier for new users, maintains copier supplies
  • Fills out expense reports for senior management
  • Purchase office supplies, general use material and refreshments and maintains appropriate inventory
  • Make travel arrangements as requested
  • Organizes meetings and conference calls with management team, customers, vendors and internal employee meetings
  • Schedule company meetings, customer visits, special events and team lunches
  • Maintains company’s contact list
  • Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ front desk/receptionist experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent computer skills; tech savvy
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and great attention to detail
  • Quick learner
