Sales Support Specialist Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Newark, CA


We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will process orders, provide support to sales representatives, and respond to customer / prospect queries. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.


-Process sale orders in a timely fashion

-Duties will include order processing / entry

-Handle a high volume of inbound orders over the phone

-Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

-Provide data and guides to help the sales team

-Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team are on board

-Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

-Records information and ensures quality of data in Salesforce and other internal systems that support sales

-Ensure data integrity and quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of data

-Proactively execute and provide guidance on sales and service requests

-Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions


-Proficient knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

-In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

-Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-Excellent phone communication skills

-Analytical and multitasking skills

-Teamwork and motivational skills

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Excellent 10-key and typing accuracy

-High level of attention to detail

-Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and mange time effectively

-College degree preferred, but not required
