Location: Monterey, CA
Provide on-site administrative support for a new training center where computer software training will occur.
Full-time, hours vary, several Saturday’s.
Provide customer service and facilitation for our trainers, staff
Assist the faculty in preparing for classes
Facilitate students getting to the correct classrooms
Order and stock supplies, food, equipment
Manage communication and signage
Process enrollments, class changes, competency exams
Phone communication, troubleshooting, issue management
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft products, Visio experience preferred
Must have a vehicle for running errands
Can lift boxes of paper and other supplies
