Bilingual Data Entry Clerk

Location: San Jose, CA

We are looking for a savvy Data Entry Clerk, bilingual Spanish, who is proficient in Google DOCS, especially Google Spreadsheets!

Monitor all emails coming in and entering information into Google DOCS
Creating new departments within our internal database, opening orders/reqs and attaching candidates to orders
Entering employee information into database
Keeping employee list up-to-date
Updating department list on a daily/weekly basis
Requirements:

Proficient in Google DOCS & MS Office
Great attention to detail, organized
Bilingual Spanish
