Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE
Support the Sales Allowance team in managing Sales Allowances thru data entry, communication, filing and other duties as assigned.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION

Data entry that follows established rules of engagement for the rejection, credit and re-bill process
Assist with investigations for customer deductions
Obtain documentation and/or gain approval to close pending credits
Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Performs other related duties as assigned by Sales Allowance Manager

Knowledge of systems that are used for the Rejection/Credit/Rebill/Financial Flow

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Accounting Experience a plus
Experience in business ERP systems or a related system as well as demonstrated ability to navigate fluently within Microsoft tools, i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook
Some experience in AR and Service is desirable

Ability to climb stairs, be stationary for long periods of time, and lift up to 10 lbs.
