Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Fremont, CA

Job Description:

Answer phones and provide phone log of incoming calls
Greet visitors, ensure guests are well taken care of
Setup and orders business cards
Setup copier for new users, maintains copier supplies
Purchase office supplies, general use material and refreshments and maintains appropriate inventory of each
Organizes meetings and conference calls with management team, customers, vendors and internal employee meetings
Schedule company meetings, customer visits, special events and team lunches
Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by team
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of front desk/receptionist experience
Strong conversational skills
Customer Service experience
Excellent computer skills; tech savvy
Ability to multi-task, organize and great attention to detail
Quick learner and high energy
