Location: Salinas, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
The associate will assist program manager with daily tasks including:
- Perform data entry on client information
- Filing, creating files and scanning files into system
- Must be able to work on Excel, will create spreadsheets, export reports • Answer phones
- Provide customer service
- Responsible for handling highly confidential information
- Will be covering the front desk when needed
- Will be assigned clerical functions as required
Requirements:
Must be a fast learner and follow directions. Must be detail-oriented individuals with accurate counting skills and computer data entry.
- Database – Data entry
- Microsoft office skill level – intermediate
- Able to take instruction and constructive criticism
- Work with confidential information
- Must be able to retain information and apply to various situations
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize on own
- Flexible work hours and overtime at a moment’s notice including weekends • Communicate effectively, professionally, and persuasively in English over the phone, in person, and via email with a broad and diverse customer base
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter and team player
- Able to meet competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- English/Spanish bilingual skills are not required but highly desirable
