Bilingual Office Assistant

Location: Salinas, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm


The associate will assist program manager with daily tasks including: 

  • Perform data entry on client information
  • Filing, creating files and scanning files into system
  • Must be able to work on Excel, will create spreadsheets, export reports Answer phones
  • Provide customer service
  • Responsible for handling highly confidential information 
  • Will be covering the front desk when needed 
  • Will be assigned clerical functions as required 


Must be a fast learner and follow directions. Must be detail-oriented individuals with accurate  counting skills and computer data entry.  

  • Database – Data entry 
  • Microsoft office skill level – intermediate 
  • Able to take instruction and constructive criticism 
  • Work with confidential information 
  • Must be able to retain information and apply to various situations 
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize on own 
  • Flexible work hours and overtime at a moment’s notice including weekends Communicate effectively, professionally, and persuasively in English over the phone, in  person, and via email with a broad and diverse customer base 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Self-starter and team player 
  • Able to meet competing deadlines in fast-paced environment 
  • English/Spanish bilingual skills are not required but highly desirable
